These changing times, may not
be the time to make real big life changes. So I’ve been positioning and preparing
for some BIG exciting new changes, making little tweaks, keeping busy with writing,
creating courses, and getting clarity on what I enjoy doing, going with enjoyment
and what pulls me forward. Opportunities come along offering just what I need next
on my path, and I’m letting them steer me in a relaxed and enjoyment sort of
way.

These uncertain times can
throw us into a kind of survival mode, and we are likely to be feeling
cautious, playing it safe, staying in our comfort zone, and seeking security.  And as we seek the secret to feeling better we
can acknowledge that life always has humps, and hollows – the good times and the
bad.

If we’re fearful for our
future, in truth our future always holds uncertainty, and we can never be sure
of what will come our way. Add to that, the undulating landscape of this unprecedented
global event and we can feel a real sense of unbalance.

So it’s easy to find
ourselves holding on desperately, tightly, grasping, to things both negative
and positive. Caught between fear and hope we tend to focus and grip onto the bad
things, the unpleasant and uncomfortable, and when we resist something and we really
want it to go away, it tends to last longer, get worse or persist.

While when we grip too tightly to something wonderful, what we love and enjoy, when we’re really desperate and grasping onto the good things they have the tendency to just fall away.

With a couple of tweaks – detach, and let go the grasping, gently enjoy the good things, accept and let go resistance of the bad; and enjoy the wonder of the moment, Rather than feeling stuck holding tightly between fear and hope to what we do or don’t want, relax, find peace and move toward new dreams, experience one moment and then the next, and feel enriched by new opportunities and new growth that a time of challenge can bring our way.
