How to Flex and Thrive – focused steps to negotiate change.

It is easy to feel overcome with panic, anxiety, and fear, in the face of change. You may want to be able to move forward, make decisions, and take the desired action in your life and business, but these thoughts and feelings may be getting in your way.

 

Through this program you will feel supported, learn useful strategies to offset stress and anxiety, identify areas and resources for support and create an actionable plan to guide you times of upheaval and change, and beyond.

This one on one, six week Flex and Thrive Transformational Life Coaching Program is designed so you can be guided to reduce the impact and influence of anxiety and fear, focus on what is important, feel more calm and able to make decisions in your life and business and work in partnership so you have support and resolve to take planned action toward business and life that is rich, full, and meaningful.

 

This program includes: Six one-hour coaching sessions via Zoom – online conference platform

Discovery workshop: We will review your current situation, where you are now and where you would like to be, and clarify what’s important and meaningful for you.

 We will identify the thoughts and feelings associated with your anxiety and overwhelm, possible support and resource options, and what’s currently holding you back.

Five Coaching sessions:  These sessions will include learning resilience tools and strategies including mindfulness, and ACT (Acceptance Commitment Therapy). Each session will include a reflection and review, which will support the integration of new skills. You will feel empowered to accept and move with anxiety instead of struggling against it. You will gain strategies to handle difficult thoughts and feelings effectively so you can engage fully in whatever you’re doing and appreciate the fulfilling aspects of your life.

We will work together to develop an action plan that will include sourcing support and resources in areas where further help would benefit progress.
