I’ve had a craazzyy and fantastic year with loads of highlights of adventure and travel, and with this was the challenge of losing momentum with my work and less opportunity and time to provide the services that I so enjoy sharing with my community.

As
I move toward a new year, I am reassured with the knowledge that it’s about
getting the right blend of what I want my life to be, setting priorities for
what’s important, and using those to help steer me as I look ahead and make
plans for 2020. It’s the start of an exciting new decade, and there’s no better
time to begin a new chapter, and look ahead at the bigger picture for what I
want for the next ten years.

a good time to take charge and build your life the way you would love it to be

I work toward a
lifestyle with a blend of all the
best things that I really want in my life; setting the intention for meaningful
work that I love, time for family and friends, taking opportunities for travel
and adventure, time in the day to devote to wellbeing –  exercise, rest,
learning new things and doing stuff I enjoy such as gardening, creative time,
and having space for myself to enjoy just being. These are all my priorities
and sometimes it’s hard getting the blend just right.

Life is like a cocktail, so find the right mix to suit you. Try finding the key ingredients you want in your life that will blend nicely together, sip it slowly, and relish and enjoy all it has to offer.
