We’ve reached the middle of the year,
and you may have found your self in a bit of a mid-winter slump. This will help
you shake off those winter blues.  Right
now is the perfect time to reflect on your progress and reignite your goals.  This step by step guide is just what you need
to reset and realign and get back on track to making this a fabulous and
fulfilling year.

Revisit your
vision and values.

What did you intend for 2019? What did you want it to
look like and feel like? What are the things you hold as important and want to
prioritise? 

Reverse Gap:

Reverse back through each month, and view your year so
far, noting down key events and achievements, as you move backwards toward January.

Review

What’s going
well, what do you want to celebrate?

What obstacles
have you moved through that you are feeling proud of?

What has
surprised you?

What has frustrated
you?

Realign

Where are you
now?

What are you
satisfied with and what might need to change?

What no longer serves
you – what do you need to let go?

What do you
need more of, or to introduce?

We can reset ourselves anytime we choose, we can
celebrate how far we’ve come and focus in on what we still want to make happen.
Realigning our goals is a resilient approach, as we “tweak” them to suit our
current reality. Then we can start taking action, “turtle steps” – one tiny step
at a time. We just have to get started. With each small step we take, we make
progress, grow in confidence, and we gain momentum.
